If you’re not looking at data you’re losing traffic, focus, and money. Big businesses are paying millions of dollars to analytics teams to tell them if red button converts 0.5% better than an orange one. 0.5% could mean thousands of dollars by the end of the month. But ok, a button is only one thing. How about a different headline on the landing page, different CTA in the email campaign or changing a cheesy stock photo with a real one? Every change we do online should be measured.
